The registration is not submitted until you hit the above button.  NOTE:  The screen is supposed to appear blank.  If the screen doesn't go blank, that means a required field has not been completed.  If a required field is not applicable, just fill it with x's or 9's.  Even though the screen seems to go blank, if you scroll to the top it will actually say the registration was submitted.  Call (954) 547-0992 with any issues.  Registration can be completed over the phone if necessary.
